Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshooting Dell laptop/desktop PCs.
- Working with end-users to resolve issues.
- Providing updates to management as needed.
- Supporting 6 local car dealerships in the area.
- Do not contact local tech already there.
- Communications, Hardware Break-Fix, Installing
- Field Tech experience client facing/executive customer service.
- Troubleshooting and preventative maint of site.
- Warranty Dell support. Mac experience is a plus.
- A+/nice to have Dell/Lenovo/Mac
