Desktop Support / Network Admin

Nortec is looking for a Desktop Support Specialist / Network Admin who seeks to achieve the highest level of technical expertise around Microsoft Cloud desktop technologies and networking for our SMB commercial clients.

Must have experience / certifications in: M365 / Azure / EM+S / Teams

We require two days per week in our Falls Church office. You may work 3 days remotely if you wish. These requirements may change.

Position initially entails front line, Desktop Support, closing trouble tickets submitted by our clients. With experience, opportunities for networking admin and other project work will ensue.

Our ideal candidate is an ambitious Computer Science grad who has at least 2 years of experience in the field.
