Desktop Support Manager

• Excellent Hands-on experience and L3 knowledge in EUC areas such as SCCM, Application Packaging, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Azure, Group Policies, Active Directory, VDI solutions
• Excellent architect level knowledge in M365 & O365 suite and solutions
• Architect and manage SCCM, Intune, and Azure based policies related to end user experience-
• Responsible for conceptualizing, planning, designing, and implementing end user compute, mobility and related architectures that support the organizational strategies.
• Gathering business and technical requirements analysis, business process modeling/mapping, methodology development, and data mapping.
• Develops and maintains the strategic vision and roadmap for all end user software, hardware, patches, and interoperability across all platforms including E-mail, files transfer, multimedia, teleconferencing and the like.
• Applies extensive knowledge of business drivers, technology strategy and end user and mobility architecture goals to develop and deliver clear, comprehensive data, technical and product architectures.
• Provide subject matter expertise for workspace and end-user technologies to continually improve the operational support model, hardware and software lifecycles, and design standards that align with technology trends.
• Responsible for managing global strategy for autopilot and efficient end user device distribution.
• Responsible for proposing, updating, and managing end user impacting security policies.
• Support unified MDM solutions and practices across retail, distribution, and end user mobile devices.
• Assist in the global adoption of Microsoft E5 product suite.
• Serve as L3 escalation point for end user troubleshooting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
