Job Description
Summary: Seeking a Deskside Specialist to provide comprehensive technical support, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and ensure optimal network functionality.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent plus 4 years or more related experience.
Intermediate knowledge of PC Software and Networking.
Intermediate understanding of Desktop/Laptop PC Hardware and components.
Advanced understanding of Windows 7 and 10 desktop operating systems.
Proficiency with Windows Office 365 Pro Plus Suite.
Experience with Service Now or other trouble ticketing tools.
Must maintain a valid driver's license and good motor vehicle record.
Preferred Skills:
Ability to troubleshoot networking issues including LAN and Wireless connections.
Capable of repairing personal computer and peripheral equipment problems down to the board, device, or component level.
Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to customer requests for assistance with computer software/hardware issues.
Provide troubleshooting for software installation processes.
Troubleshoot network and voice-related issues efficiently.
Pay: 18-24

Pay Details: $18.00 to $24.00 per hour
