Ensures that all SEFC members present valid ID or membership card.
Enters and records all membership transactions per established protocol
Performs data entry as required.
Reconciles daily receipts per established procedures.
Addresses and resolves customer questions and inquiries, refers them to SEFC Manager as appropriate.
Maintains good safety habits.
Light cleaning includes: reception area, glass counter, floors, walls, mirrors, magazine rack, training equipment etc..
Distributes keys and facility instruments as requested.
Reports all problems to the SEFC Manager.
Open and closes the SEFC as per established procedures.
Ensures that all members follow facility and state regulation codes for pool and facility use.
Maintains integrity/cleanliness of pool area and locker room as necessary.
Performs other duties as required.
Minimum Qualifications
High School diploma or GED.
CPR certified or willing to become.
Prior experience in fitness field preferred.
Must have good organizational, telephone and communication skills.
Computer skills with MS Excel and Word.
Willing to be CPO trained (Certified Pool Operator).

Shift
20 hours per week. This is a part-time position with a variable shift/schedule to be determined upon hire. Schedule includes evenings and one weekend day every other weekend.
