New Horizons at Marlborough is a premier, not-for-profit retirement community serving 450 seniors on a beautiful 40-acre suburban campus.
We have an opening for a reliable Front Desk Receptionist and every other Saturday 6AM to 2:30PM We also have short term needs (covering open shifts or call-outs) with the opportunity for more shifts as they come available.
The successful candidate will have:
- Demonstrated the ability to answer multi-line phone system, with daily accurate record keeping.
- Exceptional organization and communication skills.
- Professional, positive and friendly interaction with residents, families, staff and general public in person and on the phone.
- Ability to work with campus nurses to follow emergency protocol/procedures for resident emergencies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including data entry into payroll and work order database.
- Other administrative duties as assigned.
Previous receptionist and senior living experienced preferred.
