Your Key Responsibilities
- Produce comprehensive design solutions in 3D design / solid modeling for various manufacturing technologies
- Be knowledgeable of tool functionality, materials, GD&T, and design specifications
- Be proficient with Creo, PDM Link, SAP, and any other relevant software
- Provide design support for new product launches and plant tooling projects
- Produce designs from engineered or mechanical drawings
- Work with other designers, engineers, or production technicians to complete design change requests.
- Maintain tooling BOMs and document changes in SAP
- Revise tool designs for continuous improvement.
- Review and approve drawings for other designers
- Create and maintain a safe and respectful work environment and culture
Your Qualifications
- Associate Degree in Engineering Graphics or equivalent engineering field preferred, with three (3) + years of experience using Creo or similar software to design machine parts, tools, and fixtures.
- Minimum of a certificate in engineering graphics or equivalent CAD experience with five (5) + years of experience using Pro/E or similar design software.
