Support the Director of Retail Brand Experience and Store Design and the Manager, Real Estate and Construction in various store design projects including current & future prototype designs, fixturing, remodels, refreshes, and store rollout programs.
Position requires associate to be onsite.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (Note: Other duties may be assigned)

- Assist in the design and development of innovative store concepts, including interior and exterior elements, signage, and fixtures that enhance the customer experience
- Prepare and maintain details of project scopes.
- Assist in reviewing and providing feedback on preliminary drawings for both remodels and new build outs
- Communicate and update any scope changes
- Coordinate shop drawing requests and the approval process
- Obtain updated drawings from vendors and send to Manager of RE&C and Director of RBE and Store Design for review
- Communicate with vendors and provide any needed information, documents throughout process
- Maintain and update PM tasks as they relate to store design and construction
- Relay store information to maintenance team
- Provide construction documents and files as needed
- Track projects needing construction support
- Maintain current versions of construction, remodel, and floorplan files to SharePoint
- Travel for site visits as needed
- Collect store information and provide details to Manager of RE&C and Director of RBE and Store Design as needed to assist with remodel scope details
- Research finish materials
- Responsible for other duties as required
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
- Associates, or Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 1-3 years experience in interior design or construction
- Experience coordinating projects and proficiencies of AutoCAD and Sketch Up is a plus.

- Proven project management skills
- Proficient in Excel
- Strong PC skills utilizing Microsoft Office software
- Excellent written, and verbal communication skills
- Strong team player with the ability to build and maintain good rapport with both internal and external customers to handle situations with confidence and tact
- Exceptional organizational skills with demonstrated ability to prioritize workload, and concurrently manage multiple projects
- Flexible, adaptable with the demonstrated ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Ability to make decisions within guidelines and policies impacting a range of standard and non-standard matters
- Able to solve complex problems with the ability to take a new perspective on existing solutions
