The Designer Animator is a seasoned and creative brand identity and graphic designer. This role involves designing brand identity systems, crafting compelling brand stories, and developing high-quality style guides, pitch decks, and presentations. The Designer/Animator serves as a versatile design resource, working on a wide range of internal and public projects to elevate media brands across multiple channels. Reporting to the VP of Creative, the Designer/Animator collaborates with Art Directors and Producers as necessary.

The Designer/Animator serves as a versatile design resource, working on a wide range of internal and public projects to elevate media brands across multiple channels. Reporting to the VP of Creative, the Designer/Animator collaborates with Art Directors and Producers as necessary.
Essential Functions:
- Develop world-class brand books, style guides, pitch desks, and presentations
- Design culture-building artifacts for various departments and initiatives
- Create environmental designs for the LA facility, including signage, installations, and stage décor
- Rapidly generate ideas for broad initiatives through sketching, storyboarding, and mockups
- Collaborate with other designers and Art Directors to concept on-air and VOD graphics packages and templates
Requirements
Required Education and Experience:
- College Graduate or comparable experience in graphic design or visual communication
- 3+ years of experience in a professional design environment
- 2+ years of experience working with major commercial brands
- Logo/brand identity design expertise
- Advanced design sensibility in graphics design, typography, and information design
- Experience working with or creating brand voice, tone, and personality
- Proficient knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Keynote
- Awareness of brand hierarchy and broad brand equity
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Design experience in sports, entertainment, or media industries is a plus
- Additional proficiency in Figma and video/motion tools, including After Effects
