Design Engineer

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop new products, components, and systems based on customer requirements and specifications
- Utilize software to create detailed designs and technical drawings
- Conduct research and analysis to determine feasibility, performance, and cost-effectiveness of designs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, quality control, and project management to ensure successful implementation of designs
- Perform calculations and simulations to validate design concepts and optimize performance
- Conduct testing and data collection to evaluate product performance and identify areas for improvement
- Stay updated on industry trends, advancements, and best practices in Design Engineering

Qualifications:
- Associate's degree
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD preferred)
- Knowledge of mechanical design principles and practices
- Familiarity with programming languages
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
