Located in the Dallas Design District, our 15,000-square-foot showroom houses a well-edited collection of new and vintage furniture, artwork, lighting, and home accessories from around the globe. We offer in-house refinishing services for vintage furniture and ship across the United States.

Job Title:Design Consultant
Salary: $ 55,000-$60,000, depending on experience, monthly bonus opportunities
Responsibilities:
- Embrace and embody our company's mission and pillars daily.
- Demonstrate a customer-centric approach, offering personalized and consultative service while upholding professionalism and respect in all interactions.
- Collaborate effectively as a team member, fostering relationships with an open mind and compassionate attitude.
- Guide customers through the creative design process in a non-commissioned selling environment, focusing on providing tailored solutions.
- Utilize technology such as iPads, MacBooks, and NetSuite POS systems to enhance the customer experience.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing high customer traffic and various interactions during shifts with physical and mental stamina.
- Maintain a continuous learning mindset, seeking opportunities to expand knowledge and skills.
- Deliver a luxurious and creative client experience through product expertise and elevated service.
- Educate potential clients about interior design services offered by our team.
- Manage all stages of the client experience from initial contact to product delivery.
- Cultivate and retain a strong client base, contributing to achieving fiscal goals.
- Exemplify the brand pillars through communication, personal presentation, and professionalism.
- Stay abreast of trends and developments in the luxury and design industry.
- Uphold visual and quality standards within the showroom.
- Minimum of 2 years of customer-centric retail experience with a passion for design.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, organizational abilities, and comfort with technology.
- Preference for experience in design firms or high-end furniture and luxury retail.
- A background in art, architecture, interior design, or related fields is preferred.
- People-oriented with strategic thinking abilities.
- Highly organized, collaborative, and results-driven.
- Proficiency in Mac Operating System, IOS devices, and Microsoft 365.
Physical Abilities:
- Ability to lift and mobilize items weighing up to 25 lbs. with proper equipment and techniques.
- Expected to stand for prolonged periods and perform various physical tasks.
