Dermatology Medical Assistant

We are interviewing for Medical Assistants / DermTechs in our growing and busy Dermatology group! We have been growing over the past few years and are adding talented team members to our team.

We have one traveling position and one float position available.

Duties include, but are not limited to: Rooming patients, educating patients & obtaining procedure consents, assisting with procedures, documenting in the EMR, scribing for physician, completing patient call backs, scheduling surgeries, logging & tracking pathology, completing PAs, removing sutures and other duties as assigned. Successful applicants will possess the ability to document accurately and quickly, have knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy and physiology, medical and medication abbreviations and have the ability to work productively as part of the team. Mohs and Dermatology experience is a plus. Preferably CCMA or DTECH certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire. TRAVEL is required within the region. We pay travel and mileage over and above the regular commute.
