MAJOR FUNCTION: Performs secretarial functions to support program the Director in the administrative functions of the program.
QUALIFICATIONS:
A. Education:
- High school graduate or equivalent/ Bi-lingual preferred
B. Experience & Skills:
- 3 years’ secretarial background
- Excellent secretarial skills
- Strong background in communication and writing skills
- Demonstrates basic computer knowledge
- Proficient in Microsoft excel
- Possesses strong organizational skills
- Maintains emotional stability and calm disposition and has the ability to relate positively with all levels of professionals
- Ability to work flexible schedules with frequent interruptions
- Possesses willingness to improve by attending seminars or educational programs geared to enhance skills and knowledge relative to administrative support services
- Demonstrates loyalty, reliability, tactfulness, honesty and discretion, maintaining confidentiality at all times
- Exhibits professional appearance
C. Certification/Licensure:
- CPR and First Aid
