We are Shafer Heating & Cooling, and we are looking for someone like YOU to take our departments to the next level by joining our team as a Department Manager. Shafer Heating & Cooling has been serving the community of Hillsboro Ohio with the best service in the HVAC industry since 1985.

Compensation: $ 45,000-$150,000+ (this is salary and bonus based compensation.)

Position Type: Full Time Other Requirements: Valid driver’s license; ability to pass drug test and criminal background check.
