We are searching for a career minded Manager for our busy office. The ideal candidate will currently provide staff support for the acquisition and retention of patients through implementation of our established systems within the department which are consistent with our marketing message, vision and values. Additionally, they will implement training and scheduling systems for our team to exceed the needs of our patients.
Additional responsibilities currently include (but not limited to):
- Orchestrate existing systems for the ultimate patient experience.
- Use these systems for ongoing training and coaching of existing team members.
- Develop new team members into high caliber employees
- Hire new team members alongside the Chief Operating Officer (COO) using established hiring systems and protocols
- Schedule your team using the orchestrated scheduling system
- Plan the day, utilizing a morning huddle, paying attention to the patient schedule, directing the team as needed. Making sure patient flow is flawless.
- Delegate responsibilities so that all tasks can be completed on time.
- Manage inventory of supplies.
- Perform the accountabilities of the Associate’s Position Agreement, filling in schedule gaps and team absences.
- Meet with the COO as necessary; at minimum monthly for direction and development and to discuss Key Performance Indicators
