All Shifts: 8 hours Job Description
To provide assistance in the day-to-day operations of department.
Patient Transportation
Schedules and dispatches community transportation rides through RoadRunners and Lyft using specific software, and also drives community members utilizing RoadRunners. Supports the program Supervisor in billing and volunteer scheduling tasks.
QUALIFICATIONS:
High School graduate, some college preferred.
Knowledge of computer and transportation scheduling software is essential.
Experience in working with the general public, particularly older adults.
Excellent communication skills are essential.
Must be detail-oriented and able to cope in high stress situations.
Ability to work with little supervision.
Department Specific Qualifications: Patient Transportation
1. Valid California driver license and clear driving record.
2. Must be over 25 years of age for insurance purposes.
Salary Range:
$24.46 - $36.69 USD Hourly The Physical Requirements and Working Conditions of this job are available.
