- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments for patients
- Verify insurance information and assist with insurance claims
- Maintain patient records and update necessary information
- Collect payments and provide receipts to patients
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents
- Ensure the waiting area is clean and organized
```Experience```
- Previous experience working in a dental or medical office setting is preferred
- Knowledge of dental software Dentrix and its proficiency a must . Dental experience and knowledge required .
X-ray certification for dental assistant required
- Proficient in dental scheduling and managing patient appointments
- Understanding of patient records management and confidentiality protocols
