- Greet and check-in patients as they arrive at the dental office
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments using dental software systems such as Eaglesoft, eClinicalWorks, or Epic
- Answer phone calls and address patient inquiries or concerns
- Verify insurance coverage and assist with insurance claims processing
- Maintain patient records and update information as necessary
- Assist with billing and payment processing
- Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth patient flow and efficient office operations
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and visitors

- Previous experience working in a medical or dental office setting, providing administrative support
- Proficiency in using dental software systems such as dentrix
- Knowledge of medical administrative processes and terminology
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality
