- Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the orthodontic office
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments for patients
- Collect and update patient information in the cloud based software
- Verify insurance coverage and process insurance claims
- Assist with billing and payment processing
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
```Experience```
- Previous experience in a dental setting preferred
- Familiarity with dental software such as Dentrix, eClinicalWorks, or Eaglesoft
- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
- Strong customer service skills and ability to provide excellent patient service
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Bilingual is a plus
