Dental Receptionist

Established (32 yrs) private practice dental office seeking full-time dental Receptionist/Front desk coordinator. Monday thru Thursday. Hours are 8:00-5:00 (M,T,Th) and 12:00-8:00 on Wednesday. Position is immediately available. Must have experience as a Dental Receptionist including, but not limited to: greeting, scheduling, and checking out patients. Must be familiar with using dental software. Must be familiar with electronic claims and billing. You will be in charge of all activities that take place at “the front desk”. Must be reliable, punctual, and professional. Must have a friendly, warm demeanor in order to provide the level of personal care we demand.
