Dental Receptionist

Welcome to Vadnais Heights Family Dentistry! We are currently looking to add a full time receptionist to our team! ResponsibilitiesThe Dental Receptionist duties include: * Scheduling appointments for general and specialty patients * Able to register new patients, re-call and returning patients for scheduled visit * Prepare patient records * Communicate necessary information to assist patients with their appointments * Assist with front office tasks as needed * Dental and medical billingQualificationsSkills and Experience: * Must understand dental terminology * Able to verify patient eligibility for dental insurances * Must have excellent communication skills * Computer literate * Previous dental front office experience is a MUST * XL Dent a bonus. Meet critera for dental billing skills such as : excellent clerical skills - advanced typing, fast and accurate; excellent communication skills – written and oral; ease of working on the phone and helping with general office duties where needed; good problem solving skills; excellent attention to detail & ability to stay current with policy changes; and expertise in medical billing and/or collections.We recognize the importance of investing on our most valuable asset that strengthens the very foundation of our practice, our employees. Pay: From $24.00 per hour
