We are looking to add another Patient Coordinator to our current team. We are looking for a hardworking teammate with front office dental experience. If you excel at multitasking and have excellent customer service skills, then this is the position for you.
Our Ideal candidate will have the follow skills:
- Excellent customer service
- Detailed oriented and understand dental office scheduling
- Front Office Dental Experience (at least 2 year preferred)
- Knowledge working with PPO dental insurance (at least 2 year preferred)
- Able to explain dental treatment and schedule to goal.
- Great Phone skills
- Ability to work towards goals and to hit them
- MUST be a team player
- Comfortable explaining patient insurance benefits to them
- Comfortable collecting payment from patients
This position is full time. Please note that our Friday hours are 8am - 1pm. After 90 days of employment you will be eligible to get in on the bonus system and for vacation and holiday pay.
