POSITION SUMMARY
Full-time Office Manager needed in busy family practice. Conveniently located on W. Broad Street, one half mile west of I-70, 10 mins from Downtown Columbus. Office is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. Office is closed on Wednesdays, no evenings, or weekends. There is no sales pressure, we are not driven by numbers or quotas, rather honest patient care. We accept most insurance, self-pay, but do not accept Medicaid plans. RESPONSIBILITIES
· Develop in-depth understanding of the practice
· Assist in the scheduling of patients with Eaglesoft
· Submit insurance claims
· Submit billing and collections
· Order office supplies
· Help to manage the lobby and patients upon arrival and departure.
· Promote continuous improvement
· Other administrative duties as assigned
SCHEDULE
· Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday
· 8 Hour Day- you may start at 7am, 8am, or 9am.
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
· Minimum of 3 years job related experience preferred
· Experience with Eaglesoft or related scheduling software
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
SALARY
· Light experience, $25 per hour
· Experience, $30+per hour.
