```Duties```
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and assist with patient inquiries
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth patient flow and efficient scheduling
- Collect and process payments from patients for services rendered
- Manage and organize patient files, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and data entry
```Experience```
- Previous experience working in a Dental Office setting is preferred
- Familiarity with dental scheduling systems and software
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to handle confidential information appropriately
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with patients and staff
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using office equipment such as computers, printers, and fax machines
