Dental Office Front Desk Coordinator

Georgetown 3D Dental is seeking an energetic, bubbly, team-oriented Front Desk personnel to join our state-of-the-art office. MUST BE DETAIL ORIENTED AND ABLE TO MULTI TASK. Very competitive monthly bonus program and Paid Time Off. After 90 days of employment, employees will get 6 paid national holidays, 5 additional PTO days after working one year, and 10 PTO days after working two years. Hourly pay is evaluated periodically depend on performance.

Prefer to have 5 years of working experience, but minimum of 1 YEAR DENTAL OFFICE Front Desk experience. Please include your preferred pay when apply.

Main Job duties:

- answering calls, checking in patients, check and respond to emails, finish tasks in timely fashion

- achieving revenue goals by managing patient scheduling, collections, and receivables

- ensure patient services and deliver the best possible patient interaction experience

- EXCELLENT patient communications, multitasking and organization

- occasionally help sister location when needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $26.00 per hour
