SalaryWe are looking for a friendly and energetic employee to help at the Front Desk of our Dental Office. We prefer someone with knowledge of the dental profession as well as being proficient on the computer. Spanish is not required, but helpful. This position is for Monday through Friday, but we finish early on Fridays. This position has possibilities for advancement.

- Dentrix is our main computer program that is user-friendly.
- Greet patients and families as they enter the office.
- Help with the proper consent forms and new patient paperwork.
- Schedule appointments
- Computer knowledge, including scanning.
- Verify insurance benefits.
- Confirm patient appointments.
- Present treatment plans.
- Answer phones as well as text messages.
- Collect co-pays and balances, as well as enter payments into the computer.
- Work with other Dental Offices in order to transfer records back and forth.
- Send medical clearances.
