Full time/ Mon-Thur and one Friday a month. Full remote position

Compensation $18-20.00/hr

We are a busy privately owned practice with a great team and patients. We are looking for a full-time experienced Insurance Coordinator. It is a full-time remote position with 1-2 week training DOE.

Daily Responsibilities:

· Verify eligibility for all patients on schedule for next day

· Update Breakdowns over 1 year old

· Get breakdowns together for new patients and Previous treatment history

· Detailed when it comes to notes and communication with front office

· Able to communicate with patients via our Weave app for any insurance info needed from pt

· Knowledgeable with insurances, procedure codes, and coverage tables for more accurate treatment plans

· Organized

· Check day of schedule for pt’s added to verify eligibly/Breakdown.

· 2+ year Dental Insurance experience

· Home computer required

· 1-2 weeks in training

· Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities

· MUST KNOW DENTRIX, Excel, Word, and Google Drive

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
