Dental Front Office Coordinator

We're looking for an experienced Dental Front Office Coordinator to join our team at Lowell Dental Arts. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service & administrative skills and is able to effectively communicate with our patients and dental staff. (Dental experience required.)

Duties:

- Provide administrative support to the office

- Coordinate patient appointments & maintain appointment schedule

- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with dental office regulations

- Handling correspondence.

- Provide excellent customer service to patients and visitors

- Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a professional and timely manner

- Verifying insurance eligibility & calculating copays

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.13 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 – 40 per week
