Key Responsibilities:
Greet patients warmly and assist with check-in/check-out procedures.
Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar efficiently.
Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
Verify insurance coverage and process payments accurately.
Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality at all times.
Assist with administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the office.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in a dental setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Proficiency in dental software systems (e.g., Open Dental) is a plus.
