Administrative Business Assistant for Dental Front Office Position

Note:  Please read this entire ad in order to fully understand the position that is available.  We are unable to offer this position to a newly graduated or inexperienced assistant due to the high level of clinical and patient centered service we provide.

We are looking for someone who will partner with our team to work synergistically together for the betterment of patients.  We take great care to provide every last detail to make our patient experience more than they ever imagined it could be.  For this reason, we must be highly organized and plan everything out ahead of time. 

This position requires being able to present fees to patients in a comfortable relaxed way.  Treatment planning with the doctor and appointment sequencing are a part of this position so dental knowledge is important.  You will be required to master the dental office software.  Excellent communication skills both written and verbal are necessary.
