We are looking for an experienced Front Desk Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for daily operations of the front desk, including greeting customers, answering phones, and providing customer service. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as a strong understanding of customer service principles.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer inquiries from guests and direct them to the appropriate departments.
- Manage the check-in and check-out process for guests.
- Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
- Maintain a high level of customer service at all times.
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.
- Ensure that the front desk is clean and organized at all times.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
