Dental Front Desk Receptionist/Assistant

Looking for a Lead Front Desk Receptionist/ Assistant for a Dental office in Indian Land SC to join our wonderful team. This individual will handle various tasks in our front office area. Compensation will be based on experience.

Expectations:

1)Organize all admin functions in the front office including reception tasks-receiving and distributing office mail and emails/ patient check in and check out/ Insurance verifications/ claims submissions and follow up/ Collections

2)Answering Phone and distributing calls or messages accordingly

3)Communicating Patients arrival promptly

4)Managing administrative records/documenting Patient dental treatment/transactions

5)Following office procedure for referrals and scheduling office appointments

6)Maintaining office accounts receivable information, Making financial arrangements with patient before treatments and ordering admin supplies

Requirements:

1)Exceptional customer service skills

2)Dental experience is a must

3)Team player

4)Friendly and positive attitude

5)Must demonstrate a thorough knowledge of Dentistry

6)Outstanding written and verbal skills

7)Strong computer skills and ability to learn new programs

8) Being a certified Dental Assistant is a big plus
