Dental Financial Coordinator

We are a highly regarded family, preventative and cosmetic Dental Practice with wonderful patients and a great team of professionals. We are looking for the right person to work with our front desk team.

Principle duties include:

Direct interaction with active patients and insurance companies regarding patient financials and billing. Maintain a system of accounts receivable, while submitting claims based on treatment provided. Schedule and coordinate patient appointments with restorative as well as hygiene patients. Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, billing, reports, and other correspondence. A strong knowledge of Insurance EFT's and itemizing patient balance's is a most.

Previous dental experience is preferred, and a knowledge of Dentrix software is required.
