Dental Design Technician

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Dental Design Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will use exocad and Geomagic software to design dental restorations and prosthetics for full arch restorations. They will work in a 3D design space to create precise and accurate digital models of patient's teeth, which will then be used to fabricate custom dental prosthetics. The Dental Design Technician will work closely within a team of Engineers and designers to ensure that the prosthetics meet the patient's needs and expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Train and use exocad and Geomagic 3d Polygon software to design dental restorations and prosthetics.

Work in a 3D design space using exocad and Geomagic to create precise digital models of patient's teeth.

Ensure that the digital models are accurate and meet the patient's needs.

Collaborate with dentists, dental technicians, and other dental professionals to ensure that the prosthetics meet the patient's expectations.

Use digital tools to simulate the fit and function of the prosthetics.

Generate design reports and technical documentation for the dental prosthetics.

Preferences:

Experience in Dental Technology.

Experience working with CAD/CAM software (specifically exocad and/or 3Shape), or experience in a 3d computer software space.

Knowledge of dental anatomy, materials, and techniques.

Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with precision.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
