Dental Assistant will be responsible for assisting the Dentist in providing quality dental care in a high volume dental practice environment. This position is for a Floater Dental Assistant who is able to provide coverage at multiple locations as needed.
Job Requirements:
- Seats and prepares patients for treatment
- Takes digital radiographs
- Assist with chair side duties as required by Dentist
- Maintains patient confidentiality
- Monitors Dentist schedule as to stay on schedule without delays
- Works as a team member with all staff members
- Maintains materials, supplies, and instruments needed for each treatment procedure
- Maintains infection control according to OSHA regulations
- Disinfecting and sterilization of instruments
- Monitoring lab cases as they leave and return to the office
- Maintain an inventory of supplies
- Keep operatory rooms stocked with supplies and materials
- General office duties, cleaning lab area, sweeping operatories
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per year
Expected hours: No less than 24 per week
