As a Demand Generation Manager at PDQ, you will play a crucial role in driving and executing Demand Generation strategies to fuel the growth of our business. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, leveraging your expertise in Demand Generation, marketing automation, and analytics to generate high-quality trials and demos to contribute to revenue growth.
What you'll be doing:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop comprehensive Demand Generation strategies aligned with overall business goals.
- Define and implement multi-channel campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and conversion.
- Plan, execute, and optimize Demand Generation campaigns across various channels, including but not limited to digital advertising, content marketing, email, webinars, and events.
- Work with Marketing Operations and Marketing Automation team membersto create, test, and optimize campaigns for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
- Implement trial and demo generation programs to capture and nurture leads throughout the sales funnel.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment on lead qualification and handover processes.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of Demand Generation campaigns, providing regular reports and insights to the marketing and leadership teams.
- Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and tactics for continuous improvement.
- Work closely with content creators, designers, web team, paid team, and other marketing team members to develop compelling and effective campaign assets.
- Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to understand customer needs, gather feedback, and optimize campaigns accordingly.
We're looking for people who have:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5 years) in Demand Generation within a B2B SaaS environment. Product Led Growth experience strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
