Our Growth team leads the charge in generating new business for the agency. Reporting to the Chief Growth Officer, the Demand Generation Manager will be in charge of attracting client interest (e.g. site traffic, inquiries), converting that interest into new leads for the business, and nurturing those leads (MQLs) so they eventually convert to sales qualified leads (SQLs) and meetings for our Growth team. You are an amazing, data-driven inbound marketer who manages the majority of the marketing and new business lead funnel for our company.

What you'll do:

  • Design and execute a comprehensive Demand Generation program by leveraging proven marketing tactics and identifying new, creative ideas to generate new business.
  • Partner with the rest of the Marketing & Growth team to identify and develop the content that attracts a qualified audience to our owned properties (including blog posts, whitepapers, ebooks, reports, webinars, infographics, etc.).
  • Manage Code3's email marketing program, including strategy and execution across various customer types, target industries, and stakeholder lists.
  • Work with Code3's creative team to develop landing pages, email templates, ads, and graphics to be utilized in Demand Gen campaigns.
  • Manage Code3's marketing automation efforts on our platforms (Hubspot and others) to lead score and qualify incoming leads.
  • Generate new leads, including marketing-qualified leads, by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content (including offers).
  • Continuously optimize our marketing automation, demand gen and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels. We are always striving to increase qualified leads at a CPQL that makes economic sense for our business.
  • Partner with sales to understand and measure how our inbound marketing activity turns into customers, and continually refine our process to convert customers.
  • Partner with our Content team to ensure our site traffic is optimized for Demand Generation

You should have:

  • BA/BS degree, ideally in digital marketing or similar field
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B Demand Generation, ideally in the SaaS marketing, B2B services or agency space
  • Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with ability to analyze data
  • Proficiency in HubSpot's marketing automation software as well as additional Demand Gen tools (i.e. 6sense), Wordpress and Salesforce.
  • Bonus skills: HTML/CSS, Adobe Creative Suite

Salary Information: The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $110,000 and is commensurate with candidate experience and location.
