Job Title-Demand Generation Manager

Reports to- Chief Marketing Officer
Location- Hybrid – This role will require you to come into our Savannah office 2 to 3 days a week.

Summary of position-
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to help contribute toward the development and execution of comprehensive, end-to-end inbound marketing and lead generation strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong and balanced understanding of automations, comprehensive data analysis, and sales tactics. Someone who understands the importance of the buyer’s journey and has prior experience in working with Sales and Growth teams to grow campaigns using trackable lead interaction reports to drive revenue.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities-
- Lead the design, implementation, and tracking of Demand Generation campaigns to generate qualified leads through PPC, email marketing, events, webinars, social media, and other channels.
- Become fluent in buyer journey (ICP and personas), build, and leverage the segmentation strategy for personalized and relevant campaigns.
- Analyze, report, and share insights on marketing KPIs to show the effectiveness of the Demand Generation program, including lead follow-up and conversion rates down the funnel (MQLs, SQLs, etc.).
- Strategize and execute an ABM strategy to expand and attract new business from the target accounts.
- Be responsible for our inbound sales leads and pipeline generation.
- Map campaigns and create roadmaps for each stage of the buyer's journey to track and monitor effectiveness and optimization opportunities.
- Run outbound email programs and programmatic campaigns using 1st and 3rd party intent signals.
- Partner with CMO & Sales leaders to identify market opportunities and key targets based on user data.
- Measure and report on performance of specific creative, campaigns, and channels. Consistently optimize and improve to deliver maximum ROI over time.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities-
- Direct history working in the B2B sales & marketing environment.
- High attention to detail in performance analytics and in generating reports. Excel knowledge is a must.
- A solid understanding of ABM strategies and tactics.

Education & Experience-
- BS or BA in related field required.
- 3+ years in a Demand Generation position, holding ownership in end-to-end strategy and execution.
- Experience with CRM, Marketing Automation Software, Excel, BI, Microsoft Office & Google equivalents.
Schedule & Travel-
- Standard business hours are expected in this role.
- Ability to travel as required up to 10%
