WHO WE ARE

The Creative Product and Delivery team within Hallmark Global Technology is at the forefront of partnering with the Creative organization to deliver a portfolio of solutions to further enable and streamline the development of product at Hallmark.
WHAT YOUR ROLE ENTAILS AND HOW YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE

As a Delivery Manageron the Creative team, you will work closely with product owners, engineers, and a support team to ensure timely delivery of all Creative Tech products. You will be accountable for the facilitation of Scrum Ceremonies – owning retros, capacity, and velocity. You will be accountable for tracking all metrics (using JIRA) including activities and milestone within the portfolio. You will facilitate release planning and partner with product owners to ensure roadmaps are continuously accurate. As we continue our Agile journey, you will be an advocate to get to a place of continuous planning, delivery, and releases.


This role is critical in building Hallmark's future. It partners with Hallmark Creative Technology product owners and engineers to seek alignment on all 30+ custom and off-the-shelf applications such as Adobe, Digital Asset Management, PLM, PIM and many others to ensure seamless product development for all Hallmark product formats (Cards, Ornaments, Gift Wrap) within Hallmark Creative. The day-to-day of this position includes the need to connect the dots, raise concerns/issues, remove barriers, coach opportunities for individuals and the team to improve and deliver the Creative business initiatives.


BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

The following is required to be considered for this role:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of delivery management experience
  • Experience with software and technology

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Detail oriented and a self-starter/driver who can follow-up and follow-through
  • Experience with Product Lifecycle Management business processes and technologies
  • Experience with Agile and SAFe
  • Experience with JIRA

ADDITIONAL DETAILS

  • The salary range for this job is between $115,000 and $135,000. Salary will take into consideration several factors including location.
