General responsibilities:
- Transportation of medical implants and instruments to hospitals and other offices.
- Interact and build rapport with hospital staff to ensure proper placement of shipments
- within hospitals, and completion of corresponding paperwork.
- Communicate with sales teams on delivery/pickup details.
- At times may be required to learn surgical instrumentation trays and reset them on site as
well as enter sterilization department to complete pickups/deliveries.computer transactions.
- Vehicle maintenance (washing, fueling, coordinating inspection/repair).
- May be required to be in the on-call rotation for evenings/weekends.
- Assist in shipping, receiving, restocking, and returning inventory and corresponding
- Other duties as assigned by supervisorJob Qualifications:
- GED or HS diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Clean driving record.
- Driver position must have a working cell phone.
- Basic computer and technology skills (email, text, etc)
- Prior driving experience is a plus.
- Prefer 2 year’s experience in a warehouse, inventory control, or logistics operations role.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
