As a member of our Distribution Team you will interact with customers daily to manually unload/deliver pre-sold products from our Distribution Center to their account locations in a safe and efficient manner.

Responsibilities
Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Loads and unloads vehicles by hand or by use of hand truck or dolly
- Delivers and stacks merchandise in customer's place of business
- Makes changes, and records transactions on customer receipt
- Collects or picks up empty cases and bottles
- Always keeps truck clean and abides by all applicable laws
- Obtains customer signature on receipt for pickup or delivery
- Picks up and returns empty boxes to the warehouse
- Performs daily inspections on truck, check oil and water level
- Must have a cell phone to call the warehouse to report the status of the delivery stops and the credit department regarding COD orders.
- Must abide by all State credit laws regarding COD's.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Qualifications

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High School diploma or general education degree (GED);or six to twelve months related experience and/or training driving delivery van and/or 25,000 LVS pound GVW truck; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions. Ability to print and speak simple sentences.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Clean MVR report.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Driving, reading road signs, maps, logos on cases and invoices.
