Expectations and Responsibilities:

• Maintain strict quality assurance requirements when always operating your delivery vehicle.
• Use portable technologies to manage customer package delivery and route guidance.
• Navigate through the delivery region using a variety of strategies.
• Must be able to drive and work in a variety of weather conditions.
• Load and unload delivery packages.
• Be CUSTOMER OBSESSED!! We make every effort to bring packages and smiles to our customers' homes, retail locations, and businesses.
• Ensure that delivery vehicles are always clean, fueled, and in good working order.
• Perform the following tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation:
• Lift packages up to 50 lbs. more than once a day (hand trucks are provided).
• Able to get in and out of the van and walk up and down flights of stairs through your shift for more than 130 stops.

Compensation

• $18.00 - 22.00 per hour (DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate or CDL $19.50 start)
• Paid Training
• Paid Overtime (as required)

• Special Bonus for those that meet daily safety compliances (no speeding, wear seatbelt, no distractions, adhere to street signs/signals, etc.)

Requirements:

• Must be Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Must be 21 years of age
• Must be willing to take a pre-employment drug test
• Must have a valid Driver’s License (North Carolina preferred)
• Must be willing to commit to your schedule
• Know how to operate a smartphone device (preferred)
• Good communication skills and the ability to work successfully with a team in a fast-paced, ever-changing workplace are required
• Must be willing to work as a Team player
• Must always hold high ethical standards and be respectful of others

Schedule:

• Full-time; Part-time; Temporary; and Seasonal
• Route hours are 10:00AM to 8:30PM
• 10-hour shifts per day
• Must be willing to work Holidays
• Must be available to work 4 Days a week including weekends
• Overtime availability
• Must be able to work every other Saturday and Sunday

• Denver, NC
• Stanley, NC
