Delivery Driver / Customer Service, 2+ Years Experience

Moulding Direct is looking to hire a Customer Service/Sales Associate/Warehouse Support/Delivery position!

Position Description: Reporting directly to the Store Manager, this position is responsible for providing excellent Customer Service to new and existing customers, and assisting them with their moulding, flooring and door purchases.

Principal Responsibilities:

· Deliver superior Customer Service to new and existing customers, vendors and suppliers.

.ABLE TO LIFT, PUSH, AND PULL 75+ POUNDS.

· Learn and be knowledgeable about architectural trim, flooring, and doors.

· Determine the customers’ needs and assist them with their moulding, flooring and door (interior and exterior) purchases.

· In a friendly and professional manner, answer phones, respond to emails, and take and process customer orders.

· Load customer purchases at the store, and/or deliver to the customers job site.

· Responsible for ensuring the showroom is clean and organized.

· Perform store opening and closing duties and tasks such as moving material, loading and unloading delivery trucks, and loading customer purchases.

· Stock and organize inventory.

· Be responsible, reliable, professional, and trustworthy.

· Perform other duties as assigned.

• ABLE TO LIFT, PUSH, AND PULL 75+ POUNDS.
• Good time management skills to ensure assigned responsibilities are completed in an efficient manner.
• Strong active listening skills; gives full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions when appropriate, and letting others fully state their ideas.
• Grasps concepts quickly and has good follow through skills; adheres to work schedule and follows through on challenges as they arise; maintains a positive outlook.
• Has the ability to identify the information needed to clarify a situation; seeks information from appropriate sources; has the ability to resolve matters.
• Is self-motivated; maintains a feeling of pride in work; has a strong work ethic.
• Is trustworthy and maintains the highest level of confidentiality.
• High School Diploma
• Computer literate; knowledgeable using Microsoft Suite, able to learn and use the point of sale system.
• Prior experience in the construction industry a plus but not required.
