Be a brand ambassador that provides delight upon delivering a customer’s purchase.
What You’ll Do
- Safely and efficiently deliver merchandise to customers’ homes, providing an enjoyable, hassle-free experience.
- Be a part of a Delivery Team, responsible for loading and unloading merchandise into the delivery truck with emphasis on safety, accuracy and quality. The Delivery Team consists of the Delivery Driver and Delivery Driver Trainee. The team is self-managed and is comfortable making decisions with little to no supervision. The team is an advocate for the customer, ensuring accurate product is being delivered in a world-class fashion.
- Commit to the World Class Basics. Our 29 world-class basics define our unique culture. These behaviors and disciplines are what set us apart from the competition and make WG&R a great place to work.
- Play a key role within the organization. The Delivery Team is empowered with leaving the final impression on the customer. This impacts online reviews, word-of-mouth referrals, and future business with WG&R, all critical to our ongoing success.
What You Bring
- Valid Driver’s License
- Incident-free driving record (no more than 3 traffic violations in the past 3 years)
- 18 years of age or older
- Effective communication and listening skills
- Positive, can-do attitude with the ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and enjoy a physically demanding role
