Delivery Coordinator

Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and organized Delivery Coordinator to join our team. As a Delivery Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and ensuring the timely delivery of goods to our customers. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate delivery schedules
- Communicate with customers to confirm delivery details and address any concerns or issues
- Ensure accurate loading and unloading of goods onto delivery vehicles
- Monitor delivery progress and provide updates to customers as needed
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including proof of delivery documentation
- Assist with resolving any delivery-related problems or discrepancies
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the delivery process

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required
- Familiarity with cargo trailers, route driving, delivery vans, and box trucks is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
