Delivery Coordinator

In our twenty years of service we have provided high quality products and exceptional service for landscapers, management companies, apartment complexes, HOA’s, individual homeowners, group delivery to subdivisions, churches and municipal properties.

Our team needs a Delivery Coordinator.

Job Summary

Make deliveries and pick-ups of materials, finished products, etc. Check and assist in loading and/or unloading of freight. Obtain proper authorizations for all deliveries and pick-ups. Perform warehouse duties to include picking, packing, shipping, receiving and inventory counts. Additional duties as assigned by operations manager.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Deliver material/orders to customer’s location as directed.

Load delivery vehicle according to scheduled delivery route. Vehicles should be loaded in order that best accommodates deliveries/stops.

Assist in unloading at customer site, if required, and have customer sign proper acknowledgement of delivery

Ensure picking/shipping orders are pulled and packed within the time frame specified on the appropriate company document.

Ensure materials received during the day are entered/received the same day and the appropriate paperwork is relayed to the correct departments.

Maintain work area in a neat and orderly fashion.

Work without continuous supervision while completing assigned tasks.

Experience and Education:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
