Position Overview
The CRH Talent Development Center of Excellence is currently leading a learning transformation project which will dramatically expand access to leadership development training for our global leader populations.
Beginning in February 2024 the 'CRH Academy' will deliver a comprehensive curriculum that will drive our strategic priorities and accelerate our culture evolution. Working alongside our preferred strategic partners, a practical Academy curriculum will design and deliver learning that resonates with CRH leaders and draws upon a mix of delivery formats for scalability.
Working in collaboration with external vendors and Academy/business stakeholders, this role will sit within a shared operations team within the Academy supporting the coordination and management of both project and curriculum/programme delivery activities. For the purposes of effectively managing and coordinating this global schedule of learning, you will play a primary 'partnering' role to one of our divisions, offering secondary support to other Divisions as needed.

Key Responsibilities (Essential Duties and Functions)
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
- Provide administration and coordination support to Academy and business stakeholders as needed.
- Manage all program coordination for in-person/virtual delivery including all event management responsibilities such as hotel coordination, ordering signage, badges, program materials/workbooks, banquet orders, transportation, and refreshment/meal planning.
- Where appropriate, serve as onsite point of contact for program logistics for delivery - managing event in totality, including vendors, attendees, and faculty/speakers.
- Launch and track attendee pre-work including assessments.
- Support and coordinate all participant and stakeholder communications/materials as required.
- Collaborate with external Partners to provide scheduling and coordination support across all curriculum type.
- Develop and update appropriate LMS catalogue, processes, and evaluations to ensure appropriate tracking and reporting of activities.
- Support the set-up and deployment of content pathways in learning experience platform (Degreed) to support all curricula modules as appropriate.
- Working in collaboration with an external vendor, coordinate and manage translation timelines and materials as needed across all curriculum type.
- Manage and track an enterprise training schedule and costs across all curriculum type.
- Update and track weekly progress updates for all curriculum type.
- Plan, support and prepare all corporate auditing and reporting needs in a timely manner.
- Track and monitor learner feedback and evaluation data on LMS.
- Carry out quality assurance activities as requested.
- Track, monitor and process vendor invoices across all curriculum type.

Scale/Scope
- The CRH Academy will deliver leadership development to an audience of ~15,000 leaders.
- Leaders in scope include GLT/Senior Executives through to Mid-Level Managers in both office and site-based work environments.
Qualifications
Education/Experience
- 3+ years administration, coordination or scheduling experience across multiple, diverse activities and stakeholders on a large scale
- 'Admin' experience in Successfactors (SAP) and/or other comparable Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Well versed and skilled in MS O365 suite
- Demonstrated experience supporting L&D activities highly regarded
- Shows personal commitment to high quality work and continuously seeks to improve
- Displays a 'can-do' attitude at all times and remains calm and productive at all times
- Works collaboratively with other teams/people
- Is comfortable taking direction and provides timely and helpful information to others
- Is effective in a variety of communication settings: one-on-one, small, and large groups, or among diverse styles and position levels (verbal & written)

Work Requirements
- Must be 18 years in age or older
- Must pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
- Strict adherence to safety requirements and procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook
- Willingness to work independently within a team environment and assist the team with other duties as required
- Must be willing to travel up to 10%
