Position Description
Title: Delivery & Quality Coordinator
Reports to: Commercial Production & Process Manager
Scope: Responsible for quality-controlled delivery of all new vehicles
Salary range: $65,000 - $75,000 annually
This information reflects the proposed base salary range for this position based on available data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is determined by additional factors including job related skills, experience, applicable education or training and other relevant factors.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned, as needed:
- Coordinate delivery of all new vehicles out of our Winter Garden, FL location
- Check in and catalog new vehicle inventory in system
- Liaison with PDI team to ensure work is completed by required deadline.
- Identify and report any issues to the PDI team that is not in line or complete as per original work order
- Act as final quality controller by inspecting new coach projects and work orders for compliance with contract plans and specifications prior to delivery.
- Creates and maintains monthly reports and documents related to vehicle delivery, i.e. on-time delivery, delayed delivery etc.
- Customer service oriented
- Embraces and promotes ABC’s customer service philosophy.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Must be a high energy self-starting individual with a strong work ethic and desire to succeed
- Must have a clean driving record
- Must be able to prioritize many duties.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and web-based programs
- CDL Class B with Passenger endorsement preferred.

Physical Demands:
- Ability to move items weighing at least 50 pounds.
- Ability to bend, stoop, squat and lift infrequently
