Job Description
Deli/Bakery Team
Shifts Available: Closing shifts available until 10 PM
*Must be 18 or Older*
Maintains area of responsibility by following company policies and procedures for preparing, handling, packaging, labeling, and storing food; operating and sanitizing food-related equipment; stocking and displaying/merchandising food products; maintaining and cleaning the area (for example, windows, mirrors, display cases, food-related equipment, and coolers) according to food safety and compliance regulations; and reporting issues or concerns to leadership as needed.
Prepares merchandise based on daily production needs by operating department equipment (for example, oven, fryer, slicers); preparing products based on customer specifications; ensuring merchandise is properly measured and stored; following formulas and baking instructions; following guidelines for wrapping, dating, labeling, and storing merchandise; and ensuring list of ingredients and sell-by dates are visible and accurate
Food - Handles, stores, cooks, and cleans food in safe and correct ways. Informs Customers about food items when asked to do so. Prepares, takes, and fills orders for food items in a timely manner. Observes and reports complaints and problems with food products, services, and work areas. Uses food equipment and supplies in safe and correct ways, and cleans and logs them after each use.

Pay: $16.00 - $17.20 per hour
