Dedicated Account Truck Driver
We're looking for Dedicated Truck Drivers to join our team, serving our esteemed account with Family Dollar. As a valued member of our driving force, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering dry freight across multiple states, making a meaningful impact on communities across the region.
Job Description:
- Drive dedicated routes hauling dry freight for Family Dollar.
- Average 1,700 miles per week with 2 loads and 3 stops per load.
- Active role: drivers unload trailers using rollers, ensuring hands-on engagement.
- Ground-level unloading requires occasional climbing in and out of the trailer.
Delivery Locations:
- Serve stores throughout Nevada, California, Arizona, Montana, New Mexico, North Dakota, South Dakota, Utah, and Wyoming.
- Opportunity for backhaul pickups on return trips to the Distribution Center.
Schedule:
- Enjoy weekly home time for a 34-hour reset.
- Start your day at 06:00 am with shifts of up to 14 hours.
- Flexible days off based on freight demand.
Compensation:
- Competitive mileage pay and pay per load structure.
- Earn additional bonuses for safe and on-time deliveries, up to 3% of mileage pay.
Equipment:
- Drive top-of-the-line tandem-axle sleeper trucks provided by the company.
- Automatic transmissions for ease of operation and efficiency.
- Operate with confidence knowing you're equipped with the best tools for the job.
Overview:
- Solo driving opportunity with more than 3 months of experience.
- Average earnings of $1,700 per week ($88,000 per year).
- Top performers can earn up to $2,344 per week ($121,000 per year).
